The Responding Driven Sampling (RDS) is an effecient method to sample from the didden populations such as groups of drug users, the people with HIV, etc. The basic idea is to start with a convinient sample of participants, to ask them for referrals among their compeers and then iterate this process. We will consider how the RDS proceeds on the sparse Erdös-Rényi graph when the number of people sampled is very large. Our main result is that the limit of the nomalized process is a determistic function, which is solution of an ODEs.
